Who We Are
The Picatinny Enhancement Coalition (PEC) is a 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation chartered to support Picatinny Arsenal and other NJ-based military installations. The PEC provides support to the maintenance and growth of the military missions of these NJ military bases.

The PEC’s mission is to provide a central information source for our State and Federal officials on the value of Picatinny.
Why Support PEC
Simply stated, Picatinny is vital to our nation’s defense. It is important to understand the value as a patriot and taxpayer.
What is BRAC
A process used by the DoD and Congress to close excess military installations and realign the total asset inventory.
Picatinny Arsenal is the Joint Center of Excellence for Armaments and Munitions, providing products and services to all branches of the U.S. military. Nestled in the northern New Jersey Skylands, Picatinny specializes in the research, development, acquisition and lifecycle management of advanced conventional weapon systems and advanced ammunition. Picatinny’s portfolio comprises nearly 90% of the Army’s lethality and all conventional ammunition for joint warfighters.
Use of Funding
The PEC uses our funds to enlighten Congressional delegations, media, and the American public about the value of Picatinny and how to enhance its mission. We provide educational resources and conduct marketing campaigns to promote and enhance Picatinny’s important role in military operations and to the state of New Jersey.
